Ceramic mug that can be personalised with up to two images of your pet or pets. The name of the pet can also be added if required. Supplied in clear acetate gift box. Dishwasher and microwave safe. After payment has been made please follow the instructions below for how to personalise this product. As these products are made to order please allow a little extra time for shipping and delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a product has been printed the order cannot be amended or cancelled. Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
How to order:
1. All images and text need to be supplied within 24 hours of ordering. If the information is not received within this timeframe the order may be cancelled. To ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner we will not send e-mail reminders.
2. If you require more than one image please name them ‘image A’ and ‘image B’ as per the sample images. If the images are not named we will decide the positioning of the images.
3. Images supplied need to be of high quality (300dpi) supplied in jpg or png file format. We do not accept responsibility for the quality of the finished product if small or poor quality images are supplied. If possible please supply the images sized to 129mm wide x 86mm deep (or similar proportions). We can resize images if necessary but if the proportions do not match we will determine the best crop.
4. Please ensure all spelling is correct. We will use the text supplied in exactly the same format as supplied, including the use of capital letters and/or punctuation. Text may be reduced in size and/or condensed to fit the specified space if the text contains lots of characters. If a name is not required or supplied we will leave the black strip blank.
