Everyone gets ill at some time, or maybe has an accident that can affect their health. Get Well Puppy is there to wish you well and and help you on the road to recovery. Then, when the worst has passed, Get Well Puppy will be a reminder of the love and support that were such a great comfort and helped you to find the strength needed to get better. As an optional extra the t-shirt can be personalised with the recipient’s name. Please note that the size of name may vary to fit the space. If no name is supplied the t-shirt will have just the Get Well Puppy motif.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a product has been printed the order cannot be amended or cancelled. Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
IMPORTANT: If the name is to be personalised this needs to be supplied within 24 hours of ordering. If the information is not received within this timeframe the motif only t-shirt will be supplied. Please ensure all spelling is correct as we will use the text supplied in exactly the same format supplied, including the use of capital letters and/or punctuation.
