PLEASE NOTE: Once a product has been printed the order cannot be amended or cancelled. Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
How to order:
1. All images need to be supplied within 24 hours of ordering. If the information is not received within this timeframe the order may be cancelled. To ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner we will not send e-mail reminders.
2. Images supplied need to be of high quality (300dpi) supplied in jpg or png file format. We do not accept responsibility for the quality of the finished product if small or poor quality images are supplied. If possible please supply the images sized to 343mm wide x 229mm deep (or a similar proportions). We can resize images if necessary but if the proportions do not match we will determine the best crop.
